Common problems
Proper mediation can end disputes amicably, preserve relationships, and save time and money. However, improper mediation can cost you both legal opportunities and trust in future cooperation.
Conflict escalates, emotions spiral out of control.
Many individuals and businesses allow emotions to take over when disputes arise – contacting the other party directly, reacting aggressively, or cutting off dialogue. This escalates tensions and misses opportunities for early reconciliation.
❗ Consequences: The partnership completely breaks down, opportunities for negotiation are drastically reduced, and even additional disputes may arise.
Lack of strategy and a negotiator.
Mediation is not simply about "getting it over with," but a process requiring professional negotiation tactics and skills. In many cases, clients attempt self-mediation, inadvertently admitting fault or agreeing to unfavorable terms.
❗ Consequences: Loss of leverage, forfeiture of the right to claim compensation, or being burdened with unnecessary obligations.
Lack of legal basis in mediation
Without legal advice, parties often fail to legally record the agreement, or draft mediation minutes incorrectly, rendering the document unenforceable.
❗ Consequences: Even after reaching an agreement, it can still be overturned, requiring a new lawsuit – costing twice as much time and money.
The delay caused the case to exceed the statute of limitations for filing a lawsuit.
Some clients spend months trying to negotiate without success, only to find that by the time they seek legal help, the statute of limitations for filing a lawsuit has expired.
❗ Consequence: They lose the right to sue and cannot request a court or arbitration to protect their legitimate rights.

Our services
Analyzing case files and assessing the possibility of mediation
Before mediation, the most important thing is to understand exactly where the problem lies .
Inter Justice will review all documents – from contracts, emails, meeting minutes, to text messages – to determine the origin of the dispute and the legal basis of each party .
Beyond simply reviewing the documents, lawyers will also assess the emotions, attitudes, and motivations of the parties , thereby determining whether mediation is possible or whether litigation should be considered.
👉 Objective: To help customers understand the “big picture” before entering negotiations.
Develop a mediation plan and strategy
Every dispute involves psychological elements. Inter Justice identifies the client’s strengths, weaknesses, and maximum/minimum goals
. Lawyers will design a personalized negotiation strategy , choosing the right time to approach, how to present their viewpoint, and anticipating the opponent’s reaction.
👉 Objective: To optimize the chances of reaching an agreement while preserving legal rights and the company’s image.
Negotiation & Bargaining Representative
In many cases, the presence of a lawyer helps reduce tension and enhance the professionalism of the meeting.
Inter Justice can fully represent or accompany clients to mediation sessions. The lawyer will present their viewpoint, offer reasonable solutions, and provide flexible but measured counterarguments, ensuring the negotiation stays on track.
👉 Objective: To reach an agreement quickly, reasonably, and without damaging the long-term relationship.
Drafting and notarizing mediation minutes
Once the parties have reached an agreement, Inter Justice will draft a detailed mediation agreement – containing all necessary legal information, terms of commitment, deadlines, and consequences for breach of contract.
The lawyer will ensure the document is signed, stamped, and properly archived , and will guide the client on how to submit it to the court for recognition of the successful mediation if necessary.
👉 Objective: To transform “verbal agreements” into “legally binding commitments”.
Post-mediation monitoring and support
Following mediation, Inter Justice continues to monitor the fulfillment of commitments , providing reminders, taking note, and intervening when necessary.
Lawyers also review contracts or internal procedures to prevent recurrence of disputes , especially with corporate clients.
👉 Goal: Not just “solving” problems, but also “preventing” them for the future.
